This Meetup was a takeover by the Performing Arts Aotearoa Wikiproject and consisting of a mini-edit-a-thon on the subject of the Kia Mau Festival.

- Location: He Matapihi Molesworth Library at National Library, corner Molesworth and Aitken Streets, Wellington Come to the main entrance of the National Library on Molesworth Street.
- Bring: a laptop if you have one. There are publicly available computers if you don't have a laptop.
Venue
editThe group meet at the He Matapihi Molesworth Library within the National Library. This is a Wellington City Council pop up public library. Drinks are permitted in the library. There is a café next door.

- Proposed date for a Wikipedia edit-a-thon on New Zealand Performing Arts is Saturday 21 August 2021. Further details to be confirmed.

- 8am - dashboard begins
- 9am - coordinator (Lisa) arrive at the library with extra resources - books with bookmarks etc
- 9am - other keen participants arrive too (get coffee?)
- 9.15am - start editing on the topic
- 10.00am - others arrive and the Meet-up starts with a round and other general business including intro to the topic
- 11.00am - noon - all participants contribute in some way to content on the Kia Mau Festival
- noon - 1.00pm - editing continues on-site with the resources
- 1.00pm - de-camp to other locations for anyone who wants to continue (library closes)
- 3.30pm - video meeting touch base on achievements
- Midnight - the dashboard finishes
