Hey, I was thinking that having the provincial flag instead of the COA might make for an easier identification... After all, the Buenos Aires Province COA and the Argentina COA are very similar, but the flag is very distinctive... Besides, the flag is available as an SVG, while the provincial COA is a GIF.
