She is visiting faculty and researcher at the Centre for Teaching and Learning, Central European University, Budapest, Hungary. She received her PhD in Educational Science on the special track ICT in Education.
She teaches courses and seminars in the field of teaching and learning in higher education (HE). Her most recent courses focus on the use of collaborative environments in the HE classroom and also the creation of electronic teaching / research portfolios.
As a researcher, she has been member of the validation team of the European Union-funded research and development project CALIBRATE (Calibrating eLearning in Schools) project (development and testing of the European Learning Resource Exchange) and also the Knowledge Practice Laboratory Project (KP Lab) (collaborative pedagogical scenarios in computer-assisted classrooms). She researches issues of mentoring and social learning in online environments and professional development. She consults with national and international (higher) educational organizations, regularly publishes scholarly articles on online learning and presents at conferences.

experience of sharing, developing and critiquing of shared
learning resources during teacher education coursework. In this
