Abstract
We present a monolithic dual-polarization coherent receiver by employing 120-degree optical hybrids on silicon. 112-Gb/s polarization-division-multiplexed quadrature phase-shift keyed signals are detected in the wavelength range of 1530-1580 nm with comparable performance to commercial receives.
