Zusammenfassung
Anschließend an Segmentierung und 3DRekonstruktion von kranialen Strukturen konnte innerhalb der Szenerie eine virtuelle Endoskopie durchgeführt werden. Die Definition des Flugweges erfolgte wahlweise oder kombiniert mit drei verschiedenen Methoden in den Ansichten der Betrachterkamera, der Pfadkamera sowie multiplanaren Reformatierungen. Entlang der dort markierten Stützpunkte wurde eine Splinefunktion berechnet und demgemäß eine Kamera mit unterschiedlichen Darstellungsoptionen (Farbe, Transparenz, reformatierte Schnittebene) durch die Untersuchungsdaten geführt. Die aus den Einzelbildern erstellten Videosequenzen zeigten die Ansichten von aussen, von innen sowie die senkrecht zum Pfad verlaufende Schnittebene. Basierend auf den berechneten Reformatierungen wurde die Gefäßquerschnittsfläche quantifiziert.
