Zusammenfassung
Der industrielle Trend hin zum individuellen Produkt zeigt zunehmend die Grenzen der konventionellen Fertigung auf. Neue Paradigmen und Technologien werden benötigt, die bei steigender Qualität und Performance eine effizientere und individuellere Fertigung realisieren. Das moderne Portfolio eines Unternehmens zielt nicht mehr vollständig auf Komponenten sondern auf individuelle und vollständige Lösungen für den Kunden, was neue Ziele und Herausforderungen in den Bereichen „Engineering-Methoden und -Werkzeuge“, „Systematisierung“ und „Enterprise-Integration“ beinhaltet. Die Hochschule Emden/Leer hat flexible Fertigungssysteme (FFS) erstellt, die den international stark diskutierten Paradigmen der Multiagentensysteme (MAS), der serviceorientierten Architekturen (SOA) und der Systemsof- Systems (SoS) gerecht werden. Studenten des Fachbereichs Technik nehmen in ihrer Ausbildung an vielen Praktika teil, in denen sie neue Fertigungsmethoden kennenlernen und implementieren. Die Mitarbeit in FuE-Projekten, in denen die vorgestellten Paradigmen weiterentwickelt und implementiert werden, wird dabei erwartet. Dieser Artikel beschreibt die Ausbildung mit Hilfe der flexiblen Fertigungssysteme im Bereich industrielle Fertigung an der Hochschule Emden/Leer.
