Abstract
Consumers’ requirements for the quality of fresh agricultural products have continued to improve with the improvement of living standards . Supply chain is the key to ensure the high quality of fresh agricultural products purchased by consumers finally. In the traditional fresh agricultural products supply chain, the links of production, processing, storage, transportation and distribution are relatively isolated, and the information among producers, distributors, retailers and consumers is not correct. These problems lead to the blind production of traditional fresh food supply chain, the increase of bullwhip effect in all links and the difficulty of traceability for consumers. This paper will build a visual supply chain for fresh agricultural products using the internet plus in the new era. At the same time, it will optimize the supply chain continuously and meet the consumers’ requirements for high-quality fresh agricultural products gradually according to the total quality management, PDCA cycle.
