Abstract: The notions of starshaped (∈, ∈ ∨ q )-fuzzy sets and quasi-starshaped (∈, ∈ ∨ q )-fuzzy sets are introduced, and related properties are investigated. Characterizations of starshaped (∈, ∈ ∨ q )-fuzzy sets and quasi-starshaped (∈, ∈ ∨ q )-fuzzy sets are discussed.
Abstract: The notion of a hesitant fuzzy semigroup with a frontier is introduced, and several properties are investigated. Characterizations of a hesitant fuzzy semigroup with a frontier are considered, and a condition for a special set to be a subsemigroup is provided. The hesitant union and hesitant intersection of two hesitant fuzzy semigroups with a frontier are dealt with, and the hesitant fuzzy pre-image and hesitant fuzzy image of a hesitant fuzzy semigroup with a frontier under the homomorphism are discussed.
Abstract: The concept of hesitant union (⋓) is introduced. Using this, the notions of ⋓-hesitant fuzzy subalgebras and ⋓-hesitant fuzzy ideals are introduced and several properties are investigated. Relations between ∪-hesitant fuzzy subalgebras (resp. ideals) and ⋓-hesitant fuzzy subalgebras (resp. ideals) are considered. Relations between a ⋓-hesitant fuzzy subalgebra/ideal and its lower level set are investigated. Characterizations of ∪-hesitant fuzzy subalgebras/ideals are discussed. Given a subalgebra (resp., ideal) A of a BCK /BCI -algebra X , a ⋓-hesitant fuzzy subalgebra (resp., ideal) is established.
Abstract: As a foundation to study the similarity measure with applications in pattern recognition, (normalized) Hamming distances and (normalized) Euclidean distances between hyper structures based on two and three parameters are established. An example to show that these distances are not metrics in general is provided, and conditions for these distances to be metrics are considered. The notions of length fuzzy ideals with four types are introduced, and related properties and their relations are investigated. Relations between length fuzzy ideals and length fuzzy subalgebras are investigated. Conditions for a length fuzzy subalgebra to be a length fuzzy ideal are provided. Characterizations…of a length fuzzy ideal are considered.

Abstract: The notions of hesitant fuzzy translations and hesitant fuzzy extensions of a hesitant fuzzy set on BCK /BCI -algebras are introduced, and related properties are investigated. We prove that every hesitant fuzzy translation of a hesitant fuzzy subalgebra (ideal) is a hesitant fuzzy subalgebra (ideal). Conditions for a hesitant fuzzy set to be a hesitant fuzzy subalgebra (ideal) are provided. We show that if a hesitant fuzzy set is a hesitant fuzzy subalgebra (ideal), then its support is a subalgebra (ideal), and also prove that if the support of a hesitant fuzzy set is a subalgebra (ideal), then its hesitant…fuzzy translation is a hesitant fuzzy subalgebra (ideal).

Abstract: In the paper [P.K. Maji, R. Biswas, A.R. Roy, Fuzzy soft sets, J. Fuzzy Math. 9 (3) (2001) 589–602], Maji et al. introduced the concept of fuzzy soft sets as a generalization of the standard soft sets, and presented an application of fuzzy soft sets in a decision making problem. The aim of this paper is to apply fuzzy soft set for dealing with several kinds of theories in hyper BCK -algebras. The notions of fuzzy soft hyper BCK -ideal, fuzzy soft weak hyper BCK -ideal, fuzzy soft s -weak hyper BCK -ideal and fuzzy soft strong hyper BCK -ideal…are introduced, and related properties and relations are investigated.
