Foundation stone for new All Saints church
The foundation stone of All Saints church, Newcastle, was laid by the Rev. James Stephen Lushington, A. M. and vicar of that town, assisted by Mr. Stephenson, architect to the building. Under the stone was deposited a plate, with a suitable inscription.
