They are the main means of disseminating ideas and propagating ideologies. Secular and Anti-Islamic forces use ICT for the worldly gain and success and for propaganda against Islamic values, teachings and practices. They control and dominate most of the world media. ICT is being used in every second to propagate against Islam and Muslim Ummah. On the other hand, Muslim Ummah is not fully aware of this important sector. They are falling behind in the race. In this competitive age, most of the Muslims practice the Islamic propagation activities through the traditional ways and media such as door to door communication and arranging waz mahfil (Islamic gathering) etc. But world is changing every day and modern communications create new opportunities for all kinds of activities. So, we need to reshape the Islamic propagation programmes according to the demand of the time. We should utilize all the facilities of ICT and media and avoid their negative effects for the sake of Islam and Muslim Ummah following the basic rules and guidance of Islam. In this essay, I tried to focus on the importance, problems and prospects of using ICT and media for Islamic propagation activities.

Public relations organizations should follow code of ethics to provide reliable services to the target audience. Organizations need to ensure that the codes of ethics are practically implemented for the betterment of all the stakeholders. The responsible advocacy theory is one of the latest theories of ethics in public relations. It focuses on the responsibilities of public relations practitioners. It is based on three major principles of public relations ethics: the comparison of harms and benefits, respect of persons, and distributive justice. It encourages to avoid all harmful contents, guarantee the public interest, safeguard the human dignity and maintain justice in communication. This article highlights on the basic concepts of ethics in public relations, codes of ethics in different public relations organizations and key points of responsible advocacy theory.

He taught the Prophets to practice proper public relations for da'wah activities. It is divine command ethics revealed by the God. It does not depend on the standards and norms of a particular time, place or society. The main objective of this paper is to identify Islamic ethics in public relations based on the messages of the Holy Quran and Hadiths. The implication of this study will be useful to the PR practitioners of different Muslim countries and enable them to better understand the practice of Islamic ethics in Public relations.

Although its population is 160 million, it is not developing well compared to other Asian countries because of the division among the people. Many intellectuals tried to unite the nation. One of the most influential Islamic scholars of Bangladesh Sheikh Azizur Rahman Nesarabadi presented a unique theory to unite the Bangladeshi people and world citizens. He used and popularized the Arabic term 'Al-Ittehad m'al Ikhtilaf' (Unity in Diversity). He called for public unity conferences and invited leaders of different groups to be united with some common goals and aspirations. Most of the main political and religious leaders of Bangladesh responded to his invitation and agreed to be united following this theory. Every country of the world needs to apply this theory to live in peace and harmony with racial, political, religious and all other differences. To promote the unity among the people of diverse cultures and to know its successful implementation in different countries, it is important to conduct research on unity in diversity in Bangladesh. The main objectives of this study are to identify the key issues of division in Bangladesh and to find out the practical solution provided by Sheikh Azizur Rahman Nesarabadi.
