Benefits Enrollment

Medical, dental, vision and life

Arizona State University offers a comprehensive benefits package at competitive rates to enhance the total compensation of its faculty and staff. This package includes low-cost health benefits for you and your family, disability and leaves programs for income protection, employee assistance and wellness programs, reduced tuition for you and your dependents, resources for employees with disabilities and retirement programs designed to promote long-term savings and provide income upon retirement. Employees may enroll in these benefits within 30 calendar days of hire, qualified life events or during the annual open enrollment period.

Open Enrollment

The benefits open enrollment period for the 2025 plan year runs from Oct. 28 to Nov. 8, 2024. Please ensure your personal, emergency contact and beneficiary information is up to date before open enrollment begins.

Total Rewards Benefits Expo and information sessions

The Office of Human Resources is hosting a Benefits Expo and virtual information sessions throughout the enrollment period to review the 2025 benefit plans. The team will discuss medical, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, disability and life insurance plans.

Providers and partners will host virtual webinars on specific benefits-related topics. There will also be provider and vendor webinars featuring the Arizona Department of Administration, Fidelity, Norton LifeLock Benefits Solutions, TIAA and more.
