Nadya Malenko is a Professor of Finance and Wargo Family Faculty Fellow at Boston College. She is also a faculty research associate at the NBER, a research member of ECGI, a research fellow of CEPR, and a member of the Finance Theory Group. Her research interests are in the areas of corporate finance, corporate governance, private equity, and organizational economics. Her work has appeared in top academic journals and has received several awards, including the Journal of Finance Distinguished Paper Brattle Prize and best paper awards from leading academic conferences.
Professor Malenko received her Ph.D. in Finance from Stanford University. She is an Associate Editor at the Journal of Finance, Journal of Financial Economics, and Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis, and she serves on the board of directors of the American Finance Association, European Finance Association, and Western Finance Association.
