A new version available

Updates in the new version concern mostly VOTable output.

Column and table description curation with cleaning the LaTeX.

This new update generates 2 descriptions :

• the rich-description (containing LaTeX) and used in the VizieR web page

• the basic description (without LaTeX) based on the ReadMe files description

Note: the new process is available for new catalogues. The old catalogues will be processed soon

Fix the output in b64-VOTable and FITS-64 when tables contain computed positions with a minimal precision.
