This version contains some corrections, especially in the VOTable output:

• VOTable output:

• do not print tag after the closing tag

• for conforming output "Short" type is now "short"

• conesearch update which assignes a default main identifier column (ID_MAIN)

• Technical improvements in the VizieR search process when the charge on server is important.
