First they lure you in with a starting price of $8/month which actually means $96 upfront for a year. The real monthly price is around $24 for the most simple package they offer. Fine. What they don't mention is that even paying $96/year or $24/month, all you really have access to is 100 document signatures FOR LIFE. After that they will charge you 96 cents per sent document, to be paid in bulk after you've sent 100 additional documents. They claim this isn't fraudulent as it is mentioned in their FAQ's, but it is hidden away in the last drop-down question and not prominently featured in the tier pricing presentation. It begs the question, what exactly does one get when paying the monthly fee of $24/month? AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
I had issue with my subscription bills which I wanted to get refunded, support desk person was very understanding and helpful to act on my request
I really appreciate this support as I wasn't able to afford this.
Thanks so much!
I tend to forget to collect signatures on some of my documents and this platform is a life saver. It's made handling cancellations much more streamlined. Super easy to use at a really great price point.
The only thing I wish was different is for sending a text, you cannot write a personalized message, that's for email only. Minor inconvenience, I can always send a separate text, but it would be cool if it were all within the same text thread.

This is a classic example of bait and switch
Their pricing page does not mention that you will pay $3.60/signature on top of a monthly subscription for the Enterprise and lower levels. Plus, you have to buy 100 signatures at a time. This information is (hidden) in the FAQs, according to their support, but I could not find it anywhere on their website. We were lucky to have noticed it on our Admin page. Otherwise, they would have billed us a 720% upcharge for using the system we subscribed to.

Rug pulled after 2 years...
We have been a customer for 2 years and all of a sudden, they changed their pricing structure to 'benefit' their clients. 30x price increase for us with no advance warning.
Support not able to help.
Great, an integral part of our process, which we decided to trust and rely on, just became my least favorite company. Nice one!

Ok service, big data privacy concerns
The company services are ok, although somewhat pricey. One star because they don't let you delete your credit card info unless you close your account. I barely think that is legal.
Response to reply: I have paid for a full year in advance. There is no need for you to store my cc in the meanwhile. It is my data and I want it deleted while keeping the product. This is NOT common practice.

Limited and No Team Oversight
I was told I would have unlimited signing and that I could oversee anything my team was doing. I signed up for a year and now discover that I cannot see what my team is doing even though I did select that option when I created the team. And to my surprise, I discover I only get 100 signatures a year!! That's several dollars per signature that I've paid and no refund is possible if I cancel!

Can not close your own account out.
Only used it once but was uncomfortable with my personal files being stored on somebody else's servers. Upon deleting and closing the account I was informed that my account was administrated by somebody else, who ????
I was the only person on or using this account taken out by me. I

Demanding thousands for SOC2 report
I have invested tens of hours setting up all my forms and everything was going great the past few years until I requested their SOC2 report. My company needs it to comply with NY State Cyber Regulations.
SignNow refused to share it with me unless I pay a minimum of $3000 a year for their service. That is more than 5 times what I am paying now.
For context, I asked over 20 other companies for their SOC2 reports and I got them all within a day or 2.
SInce I refuse to pay over 2k every year just for the report, I am leaving and found another signature company to use.
I am very disappointed.

It is very easy to use
It is very easy to use, very straight forward and very helpful. We have been using the service for more than a year and we are very happy with the features. There was a time we had some issues with the log in , as it always said the password we entered was incorrect, but this issue was resolved soon.
