You won't find stock bottles of sour mix at Bar.bacoa — James and Scott insisted on only using real, fresh versions of traditional mixers and juices to pair with the premium selection of fine tequilas. Craft beers on tap, rich red wines, and crisp whites round out the drinks menu to pair perfectly with your tapas.

Please call restaurant for parties larger than 6 to confirm availability. Reservations may be forfeited for arriving more than 15 minutes late. We kindly ask that you give at least 12 hours advance notice of any cancellations or changes.

We got the barbacoa quesadilla, carne asada, octopus, scallops, salmon, skillet queso, and octopus.The quesadilla is very tender and cheesy and paired with verde salsa, sour cream, and pico de Gallo. I'm so happy I found this tapas restaurant! It's the perfect place to sample a few different plates with a friend. I got to try crab cakes, the chicken empanada, and the nachos. My expectations were moderate but the food completely blew me out of the water. Everything was super flavorful, I think the chicken empanada is a must try...

Really just an awesome neighborhood place. Good drinks, excellent brunch menu, and the tacos are some of the best I've ever had. Staff is very friendly. I tend not to get much off the tapas menu, but their queso and mexican street corn are absolutely AMAZING. Sunday brunch menu is also A+ and great value. Would give 6 stars if I could!
