Applicants can get their identity verified face-to-face and their photo or signature captured at more than 1,300 participating Post Offices nationwide.
If you issue photo identity cards or licences, or if your application process requires a photo, we can capture images that meet internationally recognised standards through our instant identity photo service.
We ensure that all images, whether digital or hard copy, comply with passport and visa requirements, and can be used for a range of other identity-related purposes.
We also electronically capture an applicant’s signature which they can either use for identity cards or as evidence of their consent for your organisation to process their personal information.
