Brilliant service

Brilliant service. Courier was taking ages to deliver my package, and vapo re send it so that i could get it next day. Highly recommend, qnd this was not thr first time I ordered from them. When ordering though don't use MRW courier, use any other courier so you can receive your order promptly.

Poor customer service.

Poor practises.
I sent a video via WhatsApp of my purchase clearly not working. They responded by stating it had to be returned in original packaging and then sent to manufacturer for testing. It wasn't an expensive purchase and how long would following this process take? And why would I lie? I was....going to make further and continual purchases from this company, but experiencing first hand how they operate, I will now shop elsewhere.

All is very good. You could make your own e-cigars if you'd like too as the quality is not always the best.
