I purchased these sort of as a last resort, and initially did not have much hope for them. I have tried SO many rehabilitation/strengthening exercises, podiatry therapy and different inserts/orthotics, (including custom made) and also used massaging devices to help manage my plantar fasciitis, with not much positive result. It’s been about 2-3 weeks now that I have consistently worn Stryda inserts on my working shift and I can happily say they have helped alleviate the pain from my feet!! I have narrow inward pronating flat feet and I feel like the arch support in these inserts has helped a lot! I come home after 10-12hr shifts and my feet are no longer constantly throbbing, I am actually amazed with the result. I’m giving 4 stars as I find the inserts to be quite hard and it doesn’t completely do too much to help with the inward pronating but I’m just grateful that I finally have something that works better than what I’ve tried before. Whilst my pain isn’t completely gone, I’m hoping with consistent and longer use I will get more benefit. Would definitely recommend these, thank you Stryda :)

I was using somodent old version last 7 years and 4 months before my old one is broken and my dentist offered me the new version and I used it one month and I couldn’t adjust with the new version so dentist changed to old one with out any additional cost and iam still using it’s a perfect ultranative solution for cpap machines

In the middle of the process now but cant get a hold of anyone. Strange because when i first reached out to apply they were very quick to take our money and messaged us and called us almost daily. Now they have our money we cant get hold of them. Was told we were getting a refund as they were unable to get us registered. But that hasn't happened.

I cancelled my purchase right after purchasing and they had 3 days to process this but sent it anyways and never responded to my email and now Trying to organise a refund it got a approved 2 days after processing a return and now after ive returned my order and i’ve been completely ghosted and haven’t heard back for over a week. I wouldn’t recommend this company the customer service is total dog shit.

Waited 16 minutes x twice to get through to the only phone line listed for support to workers, had to ring a third time to get a call back. A man called me and was polite but quite trite with his responses. I queried why potential clients do not respond. I was advised that I needed to be more personable…definitely done. I stated that manners need to prevail and as long as they are a self service platform the “no manners” will be involved. It was a conversation where it was all my fault and I did not stand out and I needed to be more active….have been very much so. I have bought across one client and in the process of bringing others but am feeling that it is a second rate organisation.

We are located in rural NSW, My Guardian made sure that we receiieve quality support and care that My Husband and I need. We are both 79 and together with our carers we are happy again.
