BookmyShow after growing rapidly in early years is now showing signs of slower growth in core business of movie business. Its non-movie business is growing rapidly but is yet to add significantly to bottomline of BmS compared to strategic investment in non-movie business. TOWS analysis by authors suggests BmS to improve its value offerings in movie business while expanding non-movie business especially in music, live events etc. BmS to improve ease of refund, reduce cost of bookings, customer support platform, provide value add services, check fake reviews, enhance reach to audience of 35 plus age group and reduce overdependence on movie business.

To investigate the consumer's decision making process for organic food products by empirically ex... more To investigate the consumer's decision making process for organic food products by empirically extending the theory of planned behavior for the organic food products consumption in India. Researchers surveyed 188 respondents from Delhi NCT region. Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA), Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), and Partial Least Square-Regression, using SPSS, Jamovi, and Smart PLS.2 respectively in this study for analysis. The model explained in this paper had moderately significant coefficient of determination, high predictive relevance, and high goodness of fit index. This paper has practical as well as theoretical implication as it gives researchers a scope of extension and modification of Theory of Planned Behavior in organic food consumption behavior of Indian Consumers. This paper informs marketers that accessibility plays a key role in governing attitude towards purchase behavior and in turn indirectly to the actual purchase behavior. The study also studied the effect of age and income on the actual buying behavior.

Job satisfaction survey can give the most valuable information the perceptions and causes. For satisfaction/dissatisfaction among the employees attitude towards job satisfaction may be either positive or negative. This positive feeling can be re-in forced and negative feelings can be rectified. This survey can be treated as the most effective and efficient way, which makes the workers to express their inner and real feelings undoubtedly. For any future course of action/ development, which involves employee’s participation, is considered. The management will get a picture their employee’s acceptance and readiness. This survey also enables to avoid misinterpretations and helps management in solving problems effectively. It is observed that during study some of the employees accepted the proposal survey research. A perfectly contentment and satisfaction motivates an employees to be confident with a high morale, it is an asset to organization as a whole.

We are shouldering the responsibility of the Youth Employability alone to Youth, which seems o be quite illogical and unpractical. However, at the same time we should not ignore other roles, which need consideration. In this study, we are analysing the various roles involved in the youth employability during different stages. According to „India Skills Report‟ published by Wheel box, People strong, LinkedIn and the confederation of Indian industry, Eight out of ten students aged between 18 and 21 in Chennai are unemployable. The study measuring the skill level of people in various age groups was conducted among a total of three lakh people across the country, with 12,303 being from the city. The objective of the study is to find out the the various roles involved in the youth employability. Youth employability is traversing through different phases and we are attempting to analyse the roles played by each one of them as follows: Roles by Parents, Roles by Society, Roles by educational institutions, Roles by Govt/Governing bodies, Roles by Employers, and Roles by Youth. We are not concluding the concept youth employability but beginning the same for better future work force. All the roles, which are mentioned in this paper, are interrelated, interconnected and interdependent. Hence, a holistic approach in congruence to industry demands and expectations has to evolve and practice.

The secondary objective is to tap out the exact market trend, expectations of NGO's. Data collected through questionnaire method and statistical tools like Chi-square test, correlation coefficient used for the study. There is no relation between the two attributes, viz, years of existence of the NGO's with their willingness to invest their money. We found out that there is no relationship between years of existence of the organizations with their selection in bankers. The relationship between selection of the bankers and the expectations of the NGO's in banking relationship seems to be positive and hold positive in statistical analysis. There is a potentiality for banking of NGO's in India. Moreover, the expectations of the NGO's pitch more for convenience.

and demand regarding the job aspirants as well as the employees. The objective of the study is to understand the disciplinarian approach to employability in the
current scenario by the responses of the working group among various industries in India. Obviously, with the growing demand for multifunctional and
multitalented persons for the Indian industries, this study is highly significant and prominent. The study has been undertaken based on the primary data collected
through survey by framing a questionnaire and data has been taken from persons working across various industries. Sample size is 200 and Simple random
sampling is used for the survey. From the study it is inferred that the person’s response to five point scales rating to Multidiscipline approach/knowledge has no
significance to their educational discipline. The person’s response to five point scales rating to Multidiscipline approach/knowledge has significance to their
educational level. There is significance between the years of experience of the person/official position of the person with their response to five-point scale rating
to Multidiscipline approach/knowledge. The industrial outlook on employability aspect is multidiscipline one and in congruence with the response of the persons
on employability. The responses of the study are in accord with the industrial perspective on employability. Thus, the objective of the study proved to be true and
vital in current scenario
