- طاحون بن عيسى هو موقع أثري يبعد حوالي 3.5 كيلومتر جنوب غرب جب جنين في سهل البقاع في لبنان.تمت دراسة هذا الموقع الأثري الواقع على الضفة اليسرى من نهر الليطاني في العامين 1965-1966 بواسطة لورين كوبلاند وبيتر ويسكومب. وشملت المواد التي تم العثور عليها الصوان المستخدمة في التقطيع بما في ذلك فؤوس على أشكال شبه منحرفة وبيضاوية ومستطيلة. كما تم العثور على عدد قليل من شفرات المنجل جنباً إلى جنب مع بعض الكاشطات أسهم ذات رؤوس بيضاوية الشكل. كما مكّن تحليل المواد المعثور عليها من الإيحاء بأن الموقع كان معاصرًا بأقدم مستويات العصر الحجري الحديث الحديث جبيل. - Tahun ben Aissa is an archaeological site about 3.5 kilometres southwest of Joub Jannine in the Beqaa Valley in Lebanon. This archaeological site, located on the left bank of the Litani was studied in 1965–66 by Lorraine Copeland and Peter Wescombe. Materials found included flints used for heavy chopping including trapezoidal, oval and rectangular shaped axes. A few sickle blades with fine denticulation along with some scrapers and an oval shaped arrowhead were found. Analysis of the recovered materials enabled Jacques Cauvin and to suggest that the site was contemporary with the earliest neolithic levels at Byblos. (en)
