- Fish Hoek (afrikaans Vishoek, deutsch etwa: „Fisch-Spitze“) ist ein Küstenort an der False Bay auf der Kap-Halbinsel südlich der südafrikanischen Metropole Kapstadt. 2011 hatte der Ort 11.890 Einwohner. Er liegt an der Mündung des Silvermine Stream. Verwaltungsmäßig gehört Fish Hoek seit 2000 zur Metropolgemeinde City of Cape Town Metropolitan Municipality, Provinz Westkap. Das Zentrum von Kapstadt ist 35 Kilometer über die Straße entfernt. Es besteht auch eine Bahnverbindung mit der Metrorail nach Kapstadt. (de)

Previously a separate municipality, Fish Hoek is now part of the City of Cape Town. As a coastal suburb of Cape Town, Fish Hoek is popular as a residence for commuters, retired people and holidaymakers alike. The traditional industries of 'trek' fishing and angling coexist with the leisure pursuits of surfing, although nearby Kommetjie is usually favoured, sailing and sunbathing. There is an active lifeguard community who utilise the beach and bay for training. (en)
- Fish Hoek (en afrikáans Vishhoek), es un suburbio, anteriormente municipio independiente, de Ciudad del Cabo, Península del Cabo, Provincia de Cabo Occidental, Sudáfrica. Se haya en la costa de la bahía Falsa (False Bay). Aunque el primer asentamiento es de 1660, no se constituyó como municipio hasta 1940 rango que mantendría durante cincuenta años hasta 1996, año en el que se convierte en un municipio de transición de la Península Sur. Finalmente cuatro años después, en el 2000, se incorpora a Ciudad del Cabo, capital legislativa de Sudáfrica. Como curiosidad cabe destacar que hasta hace poco, Fish Hoek era un área" seca". Debido a que fue una de las condiciones puestas por el antiguo propietario que cedió el terreno para el desarrollo, fue que no se vendiera alcohol allí.
