- 2022 FIA World Endurance ChampionshipPrevious2021Next2023 The 2022 FIA World Endurance Championship was the tenth season of the FIA World Endurance Championship, an auto racing series organised by the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA) and the Automobile Club de l'Ouest (ACO). The series was open to prototype and grand tourer-style racing cars divided into four categories. World Championship titles were awarded to the leading manufacturers and drivers in both the prototype and grand tourer divisions. It was the first season in which LMDh (Le Mans Daytona h) entries are allowed to compete alongside LMH (Le Mans Hypercar) entries on a race-by-race basis. However, they were not eligible for championship points until 2023. (en)

W sezonie udział wzięły prototypy i grand tourery podzielone na cztery kategorie: Hypercar, LMP2, LMGTE Pro oraz LMGTE Am. Sezon rozpoczął się wyścigiem na torze Sebring a zakończył na torze w Bahrajnie. Mistrzostwa świata producentów zdobyli: Toyota (Hypercar) oraz Ferrari (LMGTE). Trofea endurance pośród zespołów wywalczyli: Jota (LMP2), (LMGTE Am) oraz AF Corse (LMP2 Pro-Am). Mistrzostwa świata kierowców zdobyli: Sébastien Buemi, Brendon Hartley i Ryō Hirakawa (Hypercar) oraz James Calado i Alessandro Pier Guidi (LMGTE). Trofea endurance pośród kierowców wywalczyli: António Félix da Costa, Roberto González i Will Stevens (LMP2), oraz Marco Sørensen (LMGTE Am) i , François Perrodo oraz (LMP2 Pro-Am). (pl)
