It's part of the same universe as "Hello! My Name Is Zack," but you don't need to play any of the other games within the universe to understand this game.

Man, that was so sad. It encapsulates what I think someone would feel when a person dies and is being guided by the Grim Reaper to their final destination. The thing I'm curious about is how Yuuri came to this place because in "Hello! My Name Is Zack" Yuuri, from an ending, shows that she's alive and well (from what I'm inferring) and pretty playful, not at all like what Yuuri is shown here being mature and somber.
I wonder if during the span of "Hello! My Name Is Zack" and "A Lonely Ride" something happened that caused Yuuri to be cursed, and if Zack is aware of this or not. I didn't expect supernatural themes to pop up, but either way I'm invested in the lore now.

Really beautiful visuals--I especially like the lanterns floating in the water. It would be nice if when I died the ride to the afterlife was this pretty!

Yuuri is so pretty, the art is beautiful. I love how the red background haloed her head. The story was a fun peak into what seems as a larger universe and made me interested in learning more :)
