How do i remove party members?. There is literally no way to do it and i need to talk to one of my party members to advance. This is so confusing.
You talk to them on your ship and tell them you don't need them in combat anymore

It says im suposed to talk to Cicero.
But when i talk to him, there no option to ask him to try the formula.

When traveling on the ship (aka world select) there is an explorer button, (like when unlocking areas in the city) hope this helps :D
