New customer but so far loving them!
Easy instal. Fine price. Fast internet.
Have not had to deal with support yet but if I haven't updated the review you can assume I haven't had to (certainly I'm the type of person to come back and update if their service is anything less then solid).

MonkeyBrains is what's up and so far (two months in) has been better then my google fiber was.

Had service for 5 months. Had to call tech support on average twice per month for latency or other speed issues. In the first 6 weeks of service, a technician had to come to our place 3 times because they kept messing things up.

I wanted to love monkeybrains, but their customer service is terrible. If you have an issue after-hours, you're SOL. And if you call during business hours, you get sent to an off-site answering service that just takes a note of your call and doesn't actually know anything.

They like to talk about high up-time, but in reality there are many times that the service was technically "online" but was not usable.

I recently moved my monkey brain service to a new location and the experience was seamless. I was able to schedule a tech to service my unit with a DSL modem. Ronnie arrived within the specified window. He was professional and completed the job as promised. He answered all my questions and was very kind. I would highly recommend monkey brains, and praise the tech, Ronnie, for his professionalism.

Marius was an amazing technician so patient and really thorough. I had some technical difficulties with other equipment. He was there troubleshooting really amazing service in addition did all the wiring and made everything look very polished.

I've had Xfinity and Sonic in the past, and Monkeybrains is faster and cheaper. Bonus: They have actual people in their customer service department, so there are no annoying AI chats and emails.

I just signed up for this service and am disappointed in the service. My service cut out at half time of the Super Bowl tonight. I sent a complaint ticket to their support team. The response was it will be fixed between 11am and 12 pm. Tomorrow! That is 15 hrs without service. Beware you sign up.

We have been using Monkey Brains for year and they provide great service. The internet speed is very fast. Recently Monkey Brains proactively contacted us to adjust our antenna because of construction nearby at the Castro Theatre.

Dan W. came out to our house. He was extremely professional. He showed up on time and got the job done quickly. He made the needed adjustments. I was very happy with the service and would be happy to have Dan back anytime.

Jaiden and Dan were great on the install! There was an issue with the wiring in the building's phone closet and they fixed it right up! Great job!

Outstanding service from technician marius got on the roof in the rain and made it happen despite our more difficult setup. Good service ill be recommending to my neighboors.

Daniel was so professional and effective. I was surprised by how quickly he resolved my internet outage. A delight! Highly recommend this company.
