As Head of IT applications I successfully managed IT operations and service management for all IT applications, ensuring uptime and reliability. I facilitate the global SAP 4/HANA rollout and successfully drove cloud transformation for self-developed ERP software and reporting solution.
Marquard & Bahls is an agile, independent holding company in the energy and chemicals sector. As Enterprise Architect I am responsible for standardization of IT landscape as well as translating the business strategy in a corresponding IT strategy. I defined comprehensive IT and cloud strategies, driving alignment with overall business goals and improving efficiency and effectiveness. In addition, as program lead I successfully delivered the Microsoft 365 rollout on time and within budget.
