Transportation Details

Nice International Airport is the closest international airport to the meeting site. The Royal Hotel Casino is located about 20 miles from the airport. The travel time between the airport and the hotel (meeting site) will vary between 30 minutes to one hour depending on traffic conditions. Taxi fares will range between 45-60 Euros (300-400FF).

If you are renting a car at the airport, please take the highway A8 to the West, in the direction of Cannes and Aix en Provence. This is a toll road.

Pass both the Cannes and Cannes La Bocca exits, to Exit 40, Mandelieu La Napoule. As you exit, you will take an obligatory right turn after ~100M, and then, shortly thereafter, turn right again at the traffic signal. Continue on that road until it ends at a T intersection. Turn Left. Now proceed to the end of that road at a golf course, just after a small bridge over the river La Siagne. Turn Right. Proceed with the golf course on your left. In ~100M, when you see a road on your right and a road on the left going up, take the road going up on the left for about 10 meters to a T. You will see the water front here. Turn Right. The hotel is on your left: proceed about 50M, until you can turn left into the entrance of the hotel.

Please Note: All events will take place at the hotel. There is a small harbor village nearby and Cannes croisette is a 5 min cab ride.

Meals

Morning break, lunch, and afternoon refreshments will be provided all five days.

Monday/Tuesday and Thursday/Friday: 12:00-2:00 pm - Buffet Lunch
It will be at the discretion of group Chairs to decide when their groups will break for lunch, 12:00-1:00, 12:30-1:30, etc.

Wednesday: 12:00 - 1:30 pm - Buffet style with BOF Table

A sign-up sheet will be posted at the registration desk if you would like to organize a lunch-time BOF discussion table. Please sign up early; there may be space limitations.

If you would like to organize an evening event, please work with the hotel directly.

Connectivity

A wireless connection will be provided in all the meeting rooms. A few wired connections will be available (around 10 in total) in a specific area.
