DesignLab is an eco-system facilitating creative collaboration and knowledge transfer between researchers, societal organisations, students, and citizens. We value plural perspectives and expertise from individuals as well as organisations – nurturing collaborative projects that transcend disciplinary and professional domains.
In our ecosystem anyone can become an agent of change. Our activities are shaped by the theme of Responsible Futuring – a unique approach towards science-based innovation to design ethically for society. We put Responsible Futuring into practise by fostering Transdisciplinary Innovation, Citizen Science, Educational Innovation using the Responsible Innovation Network. The societal domains we are currently focusing on comprise: Health Innovation, Digital Society and Climate Resilience.
