If you applied for an Absentee or Early Mail ballot: If you have not yet returned your ballot, today is the deadline. You have three options to ensure your vote is counted: OPTION 1—Drop your ballot off at the Ulster County Board of Elections, 79 Hurley Ave, Suite 112, Kingston NY 12401 before 9pm. OPTION 2—Drop your ballot off at any polling place in the county before 9pm. OPTION 3—Take your ballot to a post office today and make sure it has a legible postmark.
