I was double billed for my Wix subscription. I paid for the Premium Core and then got an email for a Premium Business subscription upgrade. Wix billed me for both subscriptions simultaneously! I was charged nearly $700 for one year of Wix hosting!! When I realized the mistake it took me an hour to figure out how to contact Wix beyond the chat bot and I recently got an email that I was denied a refund. I appealed the decision and reported a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. This has me researching other website hosting platforms once my subscription expires. Honestly I liked and trusted Wix until now. I may change my mind but they need to refund me the $457.92 first. Money doesn't grow on trees!!
