Spent a lot of time on chat with a customer service representative who helped me determine what kind of adhesive to order. The product is excellent and I received the order within a couple of days. Highly recommend! Made in the USA!!!!

My experience with Office Sign Co was…

My experience with Office Sign Co was so great, we had a plaque made for a 9/11 memorial piece and they gave it the special treatment it deserved. The proof was sent so fast and the team was very responsive. Will more than likely use again.

Different font... Are you sure?

I ordered a sign for an area that was different from what I usually order. I received a communication telling me that it was in a different font. I appreciate that someone was looking, thinking ahead and being helpful.

The design process was fast and easy

The design process was fast and easy. They listened to what I wanted and incorporated a few minor changes I requested. It was created and shipped quickly and I received it within a reasonable time. It looks great on my office door. i highly recommend the Office Sign Company.

Fast and a great product

Fast and a great product! I needed something quick for temporary office signage. They are quick to respond and get to communicate with. The price was right and it was an overall great experience. I have them in my bookmarked tabs.

Great Products - Clunky Checkout

The products are great - they provide a professional, but unstuffy, atmosphere in our offices. A year ago this would have been a 5 star review but then you changed your online checkout process. The default payment option is American Express. If you don’t want to use that card, checking out becomes overly time consuming and burdensome. You might want to have some inside testers run through it themselves to experience what I’m talking about. Or contact me - I’d be happy to help.

I was contacted by Jaclyn, who made the entire purchase a breeze. Jaclyn is responsive and follows through with her promises. I was very impressed!
There was a little mishap with the finished product, but Jaclyn corrected the problem in a timely manner.

Even nicer than expected!

The brushed silver replacement nameplates came out amazing and are actual metal! And the best part is they cost the same as the plastic ones we tried from another site that looked like really fake wood. Will definitely use this vendor again!

1st of Many

The sign looked exactly like what was displayed with no differences that I could see. The only thing that I saw that could be improved is when ordering multiple units is that there is no obvious method to have each different or a sequence of signs. Web solutions are so flexible now that it shouldn't be that difficult to create the dynamic site that allows information for each sign.

Items showed up on time with no errors…

Items showed up on time with no errors in spelling or appearance. Seems like a low bar, but it's harder to get what you order than you think! Office Sign Company is thorough in their proofing process and easy to work with. Would recommend and use again.
