BGA.NL offers a decent shopping…

BGA.NL offers a decent shopping experience with good quality frames. Their customer service is friendly and efficient, resolving issues quickly. However, sometimes delivery takes longer than promised, and some products may not match the description, like frames that aren't real wood. Overall, it's an okay place to shop with room for improvement.

Fine product

Fine product, beautiful.
Two remarks though, the plastic fixing clamps are not very sturdy. Also, the instructions are in Swedish only, not everybody can understand that although luckily I do.

Excellent client service

Excellent client service. I received my mirror, which was well packaged but unfortunately when opened the mirror was not securely fastened to the frame. Client Services responded immediately to my email and offered to refund or replace the item.

Good quality mirror

The product was really nice with good quality as expected.
The only thing was the delivery time. It took actually one more day than what committed in the website to receive it. Didn't know it was sending from abroad.
But at the end the product was wonderfull.

Quality maintained

I have often ordered frames from BGA and the service and quality of the frames is always excellent. Last time, due to an internet error, my order was blocked but was easily resolved through their efficient and friendly customer service.

So disappointing and misleading

So disappointing and misleading! Frames are not made out of wood as misleadingly stated in the product name & description - but it's a sticker imitating wood on top of a MDF cardboard-looking frame. Looks so cheap. Just opened it and the sticker is already peeling off. Will not order again! Bought "Photo frame Modern Acrylic Glass Teak 29.7x42cm (A3)"

Bought two frames, an A1 and A3, both good quality, nice color and material and fast and easy to assemble.

I have ordered a few times from this…

I have ordered a few times from this company so far I have not been disappointed therefore I am glad.
They have many sizes of frames and the prices are reasonable. Packaging is securely done. Delivery is mostly done within a week. It is not from the Netherlands but from Sweden I think.

everything in one place, easy to look for sizes in inches AND centimeters and all the sizes that I needed were also available!
very light frames, will not fall from the wall and not break (no glass) and easy to hang.

Good products. Great service!

Everything was easy and lots of great products .

Service and communication was fabulous, return service very supportive as well.

Plus we are very happy with the products we purchased!

The only issue we encountered was the ease of use of website. We found the search function confusing.

Poor return policy

Poor return policy - company not only charges a fee but works through a carrier with limited drop off points. Walked 15 mins to designated location to be told their systems with BGA were down; next closest location was a half hour away by tram. Customer service at BGA is unhelpful and almost condescending.

Smooth purchase

I had good experience throughout my purchase.
Bought 5 different size and type of frames. And it arrived well. no damage. and the packaging was neat.

The only thing i would give feedback for is the delivery service.
I wasn't home at the time it gets delivered.

But this parcel was left in the front door of apartment building. Where i would suggest to leave it atleast in front my apartment door (1st floor) or keep them with the neighbour to prevent any issues (stolen by strangers and etc).

Excellent product and service

One of the frames arrived damaged (in transport) but BGA fixed it immediately by sending the new one. Excellent experience! It was my second time I’ve ordered something and am very happy with their service and the quality of the products.

The delivery process was very unclear…

The delivery process was very unclear and confusing - I didn't even know my package had been delivered, and then the courier would not release the parcel without a special six-digit code, which I had not been supplied with. Not easy at all.

The frames are beautiful and the delivery was fast

The frames are beautiful! The delivery was fast and the packaging was very secured, so the frames were in top condition. I am super happy with my purchase and the whole experience was great.
