Exclusive: Drew Valentino Reveals Which Gay Porn Plots He’s Experienced In His Personal Sex Life

This is the same couch where, just a few days later, I got the chance to sit down with award-winning superstar Drew Valentino for an exclusive interview.

My chat with Drew took place just moments after he finished filming his Oversized scene with Apolo Adrii and a day or so after he flew in from Barcelona where he fucked Dean Young for NakedSword Originals’ Heart On. Thanks to his long filmography and appearances on the Discretion Advised podcast, I’ve been a longtime fan of Drew and was excited to talk with him about all of his past projects along with his personal experiences with airport blowjobs, cruising, and attaching clothes pins on someone’s ballsack. How are you enjoying Spain so far?
I’m loving it. It’s so much fun. I’ve been here for a few days now and I’m still a little jet-lagged, so kind of tired. But the weather is so nice and and everybody’s so hot here. So there’s that.

Great! And you’re in two major projects that are being filmed here. You just wrapped with your Dean Young scene in Barcelona for NakedSword’s rom-com Heart On. How’d that go?
It was super fun. From start to finish it was just a really good day. First of all, aesthetically everything that I saw on camera – or just being there in the moment – just looked super hot. There was this fantasy situation, so they had this green and red lighting just shine on our bodies. Really cool.

Also, the venue that we were at was really neat. It was on a bar, so I really liked how the scene came out. On top of that, Dean Young and I have a similar… I guess… personality or sense of humor. So we were joking around a lot all day and just really giggling together and had so much fun, which is always super important when you’re shooting porn. So yeah, it was a great day.

Now, you’re in Málaga and you’re filming with Raging Stallion for Oversized. Was this your first time filming with Apolo?  
It was, yes.

The scene looks fantastic. You guys have great chemistry. There was a bit of a language barrier though. What is it like filming with someone who you can’t really talk with?
Yeah, so because I filmed here last year, I dealt with that with other scene partners where they didn’t speak so much English, but they spoke more English than Apollo. So this was the most extreme case of it and I have to say, it was more fun.

We were clearly really into each other and did have chemistry. Off camera, we were fooling around and kissing each other and stuff and the fact that we couldn’t fully communicate everything made it so much more hot and fun. Just by the nature of that, at baseline, it’s just so much more flirtatious and taboo. We both clearly were into each other but couldn’t say that because we don’t speak the same language, you know? So I felt like it was a bonus. Made it more fun and interesting.

This isn’t the first time you’ve shot in Spain with Raging Stallion. You did two different scenes for Strong Suit. One with Pol Prince and one with Allen King, right? What do you remember about filming that movie?
Correct. That was super fun, because that was a MENatPLAY collab and that was my first time ever doing a scene that involved the suits in a way that was a huge focus. Like, I’ve done porn in suits before, but they just come off, so that was really fun and interesting.

You know, I really enjoyed Pol Prince and Allen King on each of those days. Even though we both don’t speak the same language primarily – they were able to get by pretty decently – that didn’t stop us from laughing and joking around and fooling around off camera. So it was super fun.

That’s nice. And then, you’ve also had a couple of other movies that have come out in the last year like High Gear and Slick Fucks that have been a lot more fetish focused. Would you say that you’re fairly kinky in your personal life? On a scale of 1-10, where do you stand?
I would say probably, like realistically, a seven. So I am pretty kinky, but I think that because of my armpit fetish, people assume that I’m super, super piggy and into all the different things and, you know, there are some things that I’m more into than others. Like I know some people who are hardcore ten out of ten when it comes to kink and I can’t claim to be that, but I definitely am kinky and have my things.

Starting off with a very easy one, you were in NakedSword’s Bred & Breakfast. Have you ever had sex in a hotel in your personal life?
I mean… (Laughs) That’s silly. Yes, I’ve had all types of sex in a hotel. I’ve had sex with people I’ve dated. I’ve had random Grindr hookups. Even in the same night! No, I’m just kidding. And you know, OnlyFans and porn, so yeah.

Cruising Confidential with Iam Holms. In your personal life, have you ever been in a similar situation where you’re cruising late-night in a parking lot?
Well, well… So there was one time where I was at the park in West Hollywood. I had just gotten back from Folsom, so I’m kinda in horny go-mode. Oh my god. Sean Xavier. He and I are the same person. When did we discover that? We met at the GayVN Awards for 2023? We met at the Falcon party, but we already followed each other and had talked. We planned for a group scene after the Falcon party – which we did. We hit it off, but after that, I guess that’s been just multiple events and stuff where we’ve seen each other.

We have – to the T – the same sense of humor. We make up funny scenarios, almost like Family Guy style. We just keep bouncing and it never stops. We just keep adding to what the other person said to the point when we laugh so much we’re in tears. That relationship has been established, so when they put us together in a scene, that was the biggest mistake they ever made because we literally were laughing so hard that Trenton [Ducati] has to be like, “Okay, guys. We need to focus.” And we’re literally crying through the glory hole. (Laughs)
