Valentine’s Day is a day for posting. Instagram feeds around the world are currently clogged with posts from people who do nothing but post their partner, people who have otherwise been acting single for the last 364 days, and everyone in between. Did you really think the Obamas were immune from sharing the love?
Barack and Michelle shared the same photo — a selfie that screams “Dad and I are having so much fun on vacation!” — to Instagram on Friday. In his caption, Barack wrote, “Thirty-two years together and you still take my breath away. Happy Valentine’s Day, @MichelleObama!” Michelle went with, “If there’s one person I can always count on, it’s you, @BarackObama. You’re my rock. Always have been. Always will be. Happy Valentine’s Day, honey! ❤️”
Always will be! Period.
