• Input: send data to the computer.
• Output: receive information from the computer.

• Keyboard – types letters, numbers.
• Scanner – converts physical to digital.
• Sensors – detect physical data.
3. Output Devices
• Monitor – displays visuals.
• Printer – produces hard copy.
• Speakers – outputs sound.
4. Specialized I/O Devices
• Touchscreen – input and output.
• Braille Keyboard – for the blind.
• Braille Display – converts text to Braille.
• Graphics Tablet – for artists.
• Webcam – captures video.
• Projector – displays on walls.
• Smart Board – used in schools.

• Input: sends data to computer.
