Lecture 01 Introduction

The course on Electromagnetic Fields and Waves aims to provide a foundational understanding of electricity, magnetism, and wave phenomena, bridging physics and electrical engineering. It covers topics such as electrostatics, magnetostatics, Maxwell's equations, and electromagnetic wave propagation, with assessments based on attendance, tests, and a final exam. Recommended textbooks include works by Cheng, Sadiku, and Hayt, and students are encouraged to engage actively and seek help as needed.
