Quality Control & Quality Assurance
Concrete As concrete material, approved material from the specified sources in accordance with the Contract are being used. Sands are being supplied from Lawrencepur and crush from Margalla. For Concrete, the mix design have been calculated and tested for strength of 3000 psi and 3750 psi for various parts of structures by the Technical University of Taxila. To ensure the quality, required number of samples (6 cylinders) are being collected and tested at site in the presence of consultants in fully equipped site laboratory. Re-Bar Random samples of steel are being tested from each lot of delivery in the presence of consultants by U.E.T. Taxila. Upon confirmation of the quality, the material being used which will conform to ASTM standards.

Updated Construction Schedule
Project Start Date Project Completion Date September 28, 2010 April 05, 2012
As per updated construction schedule we are 09 days behind from our schedule, and the reason of this delay is that we encountered very hard rock in excavation for foundations and it took more time as compare to our plan. We will recover these days in superstructure and project will get completed well before due date of completion.
