TRAINING PROGRAM (NSTP)

  An act establishing the
National Service Training
Program (NSTP) for tertiary
Republic level students, amending
Act No. for the purpose of Republic
9163 Act No. 7077 and
Presidential decree no.
1708 and for other
purposes.
  This act shall be

(NSTP) Act of 2001.”

 1. ROTC- institutionalized under Sections 38
and 39 of RA no. 7077, designed to
provide military training to tertiary
level students in order to motivate, train,
organize and mobilize them for national

components enrollment where a student is officially

school but allowed to enroll in the NSTP
component of another accepting school.
 STUDENT CADET- a student enrolled in
the ROTC component.

Program
  All incoming students, male
and female, starting School
Year (SY) 2022-2023,
enrolled in any baccalaureate
Program and in at least two (2) year
