ACTIVITY 1:
Ang batang ito si Roel ay nagpapakita ng mga
klinikal na palatandaan ng undernutrisyon tulad ng:
Ang obesity ay isang kondisyon na
kung saan ang batang si Ben ay
may excessive fat o labis na taba
sa kaniyang katawan.

Ang pagiging mataba o obese


kagaya ni Ben ay maaaring
magdulot rin sa kanya ng mataas
na blood pressure o pagtaas ng
kanyang cholesterol na maaring
magdulot ng heart disease.
Bilang isang bata, ano
ang mga dapat ninyong
gawin para kayo ay
maging malusog?
ACTIVITY 1:
Piliin kung alin sa mga larawan sa ibaba
ang mga pagkaing nakabubuti at
nakasasama sa katawan. Ilagay sa
Hanay A ang masusustansiyang pagkain
at sa Hanay B naman ang hindi. Gawin
ito sa sagutang papel.

kondisyon na nagreresulta mula sa
kakulangan sa nutrisyon o labis na
pagkonsumo.
Tandaan:

• Undernutrisyon: Ang ganitong uri


ng malnutrisyon na resulta mula
sa hindi pagkuha ng sapat na
protina, calories o micronutrients.
Tandaan:

• Overnutrisyon: Ang labis na pagkonsumo


ng ilang mga nutrisyon, ito ay nagreresulta
sa labis na timbang o labis na katabaan.

What is Personal Hygiene?
- Personal Health involves making
intentional choices to take care of
your well-being. It's not only about
your physical health but also on
your emotional, intellectual, social,
economic, and spiritual well-being.
What is Personal Hygiene?
- Personal Hygiene involves the habits
and actions people do to stay clean and
healthy.
- These practices are important to stop
illnesses from spreading, to stay
healthy, and to feel confident. Personal
hygiene covers things like taking care
of your teeth, skin, hair, nails, and
overall cleanliness.
Evaluation:
