What is Hypnosis really?

     Hypnosis (or Self Hypnosis) can be used as a form of relaxation skill to calm our mind,
     obtain clarity and generate new ideas. It works even with weight management,
     drinking/ smoking cessation or peak performance/ breakthrough improvement.
     For more deep seated psychological related issues (e.g. chronic Stress, Anxiety or
     Depression, Sleeping Disorder, Phobia/ Fear, Addiction, PTSD, OCD, Grief/ loss etc).
     Hypnotherapy can be used to achieve the wholeness and wellness goal with just a
     few 1:1 sessions.
     Conversational Hypnosis (seen as NLP’s Persuasion and Influencing skills) can also be
     used to establish rapport, improve human relationship and achieve success at work,
     with family or loved ones.
