WHAT I DID AT MY SIP
This report details the summer internship at Central Tool Room & Training Centre (CTTC),
Bhubaneswar, from 13.05.2024 to 12.06.2024. The internship covered operations, marketing,
and finance departments:
1.Operations (13.05.2024 - 23.05.2024): Hands-on experience in manufacturing a key ring mold
and analyzing machinery efficiency.
2.Marketing (24.05.2024 - 02.06.2024): Observed marketing operations and SAP system
implementation for customer management.
3.Finance (03.06.2024 - 12.06.2024): Gained insights into financial reporting, revenue
generation, and government funding mechanisms.
The internship provided a comprehensive understanding of operational processes, marketing
strategies, and financial practices, bridging theoretical knowledge with real-world applications.
