Correct posture
• Adjust your chair to find the most comfortable
position
• Maintain a proper distance of around 22-28
inches from the computer screen
• Sit with your back straight well supported by the
chair backrest
• Support your hands properly while using the
keyboard or the mouse
• Place both your feet flat on the floor or keep
them on a foot rest

• Tilt your head to the


right
• Hold it in this position
for 15 seconds
• Then, tilt your head to
the left and hold it for
another 15 seconds
Exercise for the
hands
• Hold one of your hands straight out
in front of you with your fingers
facing upward
Exercises for Feet:

While sitting on a chair,


rotate your right foot
clockwise three times.
Again, rotate the foot
anticlockwise three times.
Repeat the same with the
left foot
Tips to minimize eye strain
• After every 20 minutes, look away
from the screen at some objects far
from you and blink your eyes 20
times
• Rub your palms against each other
to make them warm
• Hold a pencil a few centimetres
away from your eyes
• Close your eyes
