History Myanmar National Airline
• Myanmar National Airlines (MNA), formerly known
as Union of Burma Airways (UBA), is the flag carrier
airline of Myanmar. Founded in 1948.
• In 1972, UBA was renamed Myanmar Airways,
reflecting the name change of the country from
Burma to Myanmar.
• In 2014, the airline was again rebranded as
Myanmar National Airlines (MNA) and became a
