MECHANICS:

1.The teacher will present the cards in the PowerPoint

presentation for 10 seconds and each card contains
corresponding images.

2.The class should memorize the image to be able to

identify the flip images.

3. The teacher will play a music while the students are

passing the box and if the music stops, the student
holding the box will be the one to flip the corresponding
images.

Today, we are going to solve
triangle congruence involving
perpendicular lines and angle
bisectors.
Example 1:
Given:
= 13,
= 10, and
= 13,
find .
Example 1:
Perpendicular Bisector it
is a line that cuts a line
segment into two equal
parts at 90.
Example 1:

Example 2:
Given:
=,
m∠FEH = 56,

find m∠GEH.
Example 2:

Angle bisector is a line

or ray that divides an
angle into two
congruent angles.
Example 2:
m∠GEH ≅m∠GEF
bisects ∠FEH
m∠GEH = m∠FEH

m∠GEH = 56
Example 2:
m∠GEH ≅m∠GEF
bisects ∠FEH
m∠GEH = m∠FEH
m∠GEH = 56 Therefore:
m∠GEH =
