Sports and Recreation

Sports and recreation can be defined as activities engaged in for relaxation, health, well-being or enjoyment that require physical exertion and focus on human activity. Recreation is discretionary leisure time that is often spent having fun and being amused. One of the biggest issues with sports is drug usage. Drugs can damage health and violate fair competition. Athletes may use performance-enhancing drugs due to social pressure or a desire to improve their abilities. However, drug use poses safety risks, creates unethical competition, and can cause severe health problems. Educating communities on the dangers of drugs and promoting fair play can help address this issue.
