INDUCTION
TRAINING
Here at Fluence BESS Projects, we are committed to achieve ZERO ACCIDENT.
SITE ACCESS
• Persons who have forgotten or lost their Site ID Pass will not be allowed entry of the site.
• All Site approved vehicles shall display a Site Vehicle Pass at all times.
• Motorbike & tricycle shall be parked at designated area nearby the Main Gate
• Motorbike & tricycle are not allowed using at site.
• All materials, equipment, tools etc. including waste shall be hauled away only with approval from
Fluence Site Management.
• All persons & vehicles are subject to search by Site Security authorized by Fluence Site Management.
• Notice of all visitors to the Site must be given to Fluence EHS Dept. prior to arrival.
• Visitors shall be met at the Main Gate by a representative of the company they are visiting and they
must be accompanied at all times whilst on Site.

Allowed at only designated smoking area.
Fire Triangle
• Remove any side and fire does not occur

• Very important information for planning and choice of chemicals

 Only use the equipment if you are trained
and have the guts to used it!
 Earthquake Safety Tips
▪Remain Calm and protect yourself all the time
▪Help others if possible
▪Look for a safe area where you can stay until the shaking stops ▪Follow
the emergency plan and evacuation procedure
▪Practice Drop, Cover Hold
▪Drop / Dock and Cover! under a sturdy piece of furniture, Protecting the
Head and Neck
▪Hold on! to your protection and be prepared to move with it. Hold the
position until the round stops shaking and it is safe to move.
▪If you are indoors, stay under a sturdy table or furniture to keep yourself
safe from falling or moving objects.
▪If you are out doors, stay away from windows hanging objects, utility and
power lines
▪After the shaking stops, help check for injuries and damages to the area,
follow instruction of emergency marshal in the site.
Accident / Incident Reporting
 All site person shall promptly report verbally and in writing any:
-violation of the Fluence Plan and Manual or any other safety rule, plan, policy or procedure;
-injury to any person or damage to property relating to the performance of the work or occurring
at any work area;
-environmental or safety incident relating to the performance of the work or occurring at any work
area.

Do not attempt to remove seriously injured casualties from the area unless they are in
immediate danger.
Do not attempt to treat an injured person unless you are qualified (First Aid Certificate).
Do not disturb the scene of a serious incident / accident until permission is obtained from
the Authorities & Fluence Management.
