 INTRODUCTION
An organized and systematic office solution is essential for all universities and organizations. There are many
departments of administration for the maintenance of college information and student databases in any
institution. All these departments provide various records regarding students. Most of these track records
need to maintain information about the students. This information could be the general details like student
name, address, performance, attendance etc or specific information related to departments like collection of
    data.
Our work is useful for easy user interface. We are planning to uttilize the powerful database management,
data retrieval and data manipulation. We will provides more ease for managing the data than manually
maintaining in the documents. Our work is useful for saving valuable time and reduces the huge paper work
 LITERATURE SURVEY
Trying to develop a software which helps to generate I_Class_Room database Table for an
Institute to store student information. By looking at the existing system we can understand that
I_Class_Room database table creation can done manually. Manually adjust the table when any of the
faculty is absent, and this is the big challenge for I_Class_Room database table that managing the
table data automatically store to database system.
As we know all institution/organizations have its own database table, managing and
maintaining these will not be difficult. Considering workload with this scheduling will make it more
complex. As mentioned , hen database table generation is being done, it should consider the
maximum and minimum workload that is in a college. In those case I_Class_Room database table
generation will become more complex. Also , it is a time consuming process.

    Software Requirement
             Number Description
1 Windows 11 –7,any OS supporting Advance java and
                           MsSQL
2 Advance Java
3 Ms-Sql Server 2005
                           Ms Access
                Use Of Tools (FRONT-END/BACK-END)
Front End:
Advance Java :-
Is an integrated development environment (Text Pad) from Sun Microsystems. It is used to develop console and
graphical user interface applications along with Windows Forms applications, web sites, web applications, and web services.
Advance Java supports different programming languages by means of language services, which allow the code editor and
debugger to support (to varying degrees) nearly any programming language, provided a language-specific service exists.
Backend:
Sql server /ms /access :-
Is a relational database server, developed by Microsoft: it is a software product whose primary function is to store and
retrieve data as requested by other software applications, be it those on the same computer or those running on another
computer across a network (including the Internet). There are at least a dozen different editions of Microsoft SQL Server
aimed at different audiences and for different workloads (ranging from small applications that store and retrieve data on the
same computer, to millions of users and computers that access huge amounts of data from the Internet at the same time).
 PROJECT AIM
To Create a database table in M-S access to store a data of Student in
  I_Class_Room.
 FUTURE SCOPE
The I_Class_Room is an Student database table is driven portal for educational
organization and is a object based application which will be helpful for creating database
table. This project will be a great helpful for the institutions because, It is a great difficult
task that to manage many Faculty's and allocating Student information for them at a time
manually and this project will help to manage it properly. This manage database table for
faculty with considering maximum and minimum workload , and can be managed easily .
 CONCLUSION
We have successfully develop the table of collage and store the information of student to I
class room ,In this Project we can identify the student true to identity by analysis the table of
student which were store to the ms access.
The database should have the basic capabilities of database. This application software is
about student class room where we can store the information of the student to I class room, I
class room records and maintains records about the student .
Although, we conclude that no mechanism is ideal, each mechanism has some restriction on
its own. Key concept are to developed paperless environment to convert all the documentation
in digital form.
