Reflective Summary 7.4- Professional reflection and

learning to improve practice

The academic year 2020-2021 will be one of the most

difficult for both teachers and students. This year's teaching and
learning are both uncertain. We ran into a number of issues while
delivering education to our students. As the Alternate Delivery
Modalities are implemented, many difficulties resurface, such as
REFLECTION those in BL and ODL experiencing data connection loss and digital
divide.
This scenario never deters the teachers from facing the
battle. We find solutions and become more optimistic in the face of
the pandemic's challenges. One method is to learn in the LDM
course, which will serve as our preparation for the start of classes.
In this course, we learned about various coping strategies and
methods in the New Normal, where traditional teaching and our
own experiences are no longer sufficient
Along the way, I'll be able to adjust to the new school
environment. My work collections truly reflect my abilities to
accomplish things that I thought were impossible. Even though
implementing distance learning is difficult, I believe I can adapt to
our current situation by putting in extra effort and time in
preparing the WHLP, Learning activity sheets, printing,
distributing, and retrieving module.
