A leader can force something that no one else can do. That
is one of the qualities that made a true leader. Mohammed
bin Rashid, the Ruler of Dubai for the past 30 years, has
transformed Dubai from a small city during the 80s to a
modern city and one of the world's top-ranking tourism hubs.
Being able to do that that required him to have the following
qualities:
Visionary leader: he can predict future opportunities and
threats
Inspirational leader: persuade his people to accept his
visions and goals
Motivational leader; motivates and encourages the
members of his team
Being a symbol of society and living example to the
younger generation

Personal leadership: capable of leading, authentic, and dedicated to the team.
Relational leadership: he has a great ability to demonstrate understanding and respect
for his people and care for that individual's welfare.
Contextual leadership: He always forms a sense of communal identity for his followers
by helping them see what the team/nation's values and mission are and what they stand
for as a whole.
Inspirational leadership: he can inspire his people to understand why the vision is
worthy of their best efforts and that their vision is still achievable.
Supportive Leadership: he deals with external factors that could destruct his followers
from focusing on their goals, giving them the space, they need to get things done.
Ethical Leadership: he always engages his followers to shape the overall values and
hold each other accountable to that values and ethics.
